Online Booking Policies For Private Surf Lessons:
-Online/auto booking for privates is available for groups of 1-6 people, & dates at least 2 weeks in advance.
-YES, we often have availability on less than 2 weeks’ notice (even just 1-2 days!), but not for auto-booking online. Please Email Us for private booking on less than 14 days’ notice or for times not shown in the auto-booking system.
-YES, we do offer private surf lessons for groups larger than 6 (up to 30!) – please Contact Us for large group info and booking.
Adventure Out is a city-licensed surf school both in Pacifica and Santa Cruz and we are also the only NSSIA (Nat’l Surf School & Instructor Association) accredited surf school in the Bay Area! You will be in great hands with our team. Private surf lessons are priced based on the number of participants. All equipment is provided free-of-charge for those who need it.
Private Lesson Pricing:
1 person: $215 for 1.5 hours or $299 for 2.5 hours
2 people: $185 per person (All lessons for 2+ are 2.5 hours)
3 people: $165 per person
4 people: $145 per person
5 or more: $129 per person

Your Private Lesson Includes:
-Private expert instruction by a licensed and accredited surf instructor.
-Bring your own gear if you have it, otherwise all rental gear (surfboard, wetsuit, booties) are supplied free of charge!
