This 2-day/2-night weekend excursion has something for everyone! If you have ever wanted to learn how to rock climb this weekend is for you! If you already know how to rock climb and want to climb outdoors join us for two days of climbing, we will set up the routes! Get out and have some fun while making new friends!

For the beginners, we’ll help you get acquainted with the gear, offer instruction on technique, teach basic rock climbing safety, climbing knots, climbing commands, basic top roping techniques, rope management, an overview of the climbing rating system and get you on lots of climbs to build your confidence. This is a great opportunity to get exposure to climbing in a safe, supportive and nurturing environment.
For the intermediate and advanced climbers, take advantage of our guides’ expert knowledge of this famous climbing destination. Whether you are climbing 5.7 or 5.11, we’ll get you on a climb that will push your limits and expand your knowledge and technique.

The camp meets at Pinnacles National Monument in Paicines, CA – approximately 30 minutes south of Hollister. The campground entrance is directly adjacent to the Monument entrance on Highway 146. We will meet on Friday evening and climb all day Saturday and Sunday. Directions, maps, recommended packing lists, and other details will all be provided upon registration.
Your camp includes:
2 days of climbing. All your gear is included – climbing harness, climbing shoes, and all the necessary gear to rig a top rope (carabiners, ropes, webbing, cord, belay devices, etc). Camping fees and all group camping equipment (personal tents and sleeping bags are your responsibility). Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday; breakfast on Sunday.
